3. Orders Policy
- Duplicate Orders: Placing duplicate orders for the same link while an order is already in progress will result in a loss of funds. No refunds will be provided.
- Username Change: Refills are not available after a username change.
- Order and Refill Completion: New orders and refills are completed based on the start count and end count. Any followers/views you gain naturally will also be included.
- Link Changes: If you change the link on a running order, no refill or refund will be provided.
- Private Accounts: Ensure your account or post is public before ordering. No support will be provided for private accounts.
- Correct Link Requirement: The link you provide must be correct. No support will be provided for incorrect or private links.
- Status Requirements: To request a refill, cancellation, or speed-up, the status of your order must be higher than the start count.
- No Refill Services: Do not use "No Refill" services if you want 100% guaranteed results, as we do not offer support for such services.
- Guaranteed Services: We are responsible for any issues related to guaranteed services and will resolve them as soon as possible.
4. Delivery Policy
B2 SMM PANEL does not guarantee specific delivery times for any service. Delivery times are estimates, and delays may occur. We will not issue refunds for processing delays.
5. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing Changes: Prices for services can change at any time without prior notice.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are only available according to the refund policy outlined below.
6. Disclaimer and Liability
- Disclaimer: B2 SMM PANEL will not be responsible for any damages or losses your business may suffer.
- Liability: We are not responsible for account suspensions, bans, or content deletions by platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or other social media platforms.
7. Refill System
Drop Policy: No refill will be provided for a 1% drop. Refills are available if the drop is 2% or more. For example, if you receive 1000 subscribers and only 5 drop, no refill will be issued. However, if 10 drop, the refill will be provided.
Public Profile: Your account must be public, and the link must be correct to qualify for a refill. No refills will be provided for incorrect or private links.
How it Works:
- Start Count: 500
- Quantity Ordered: 500
- Total Required: 500 + 500 = 1000
If the total count is below 1000, a refill will be provided. If your count is at or above 1000, no refill will be provided.

- No Support: No support is provided for "No Refill" services.
- No Complaints: Do not submit support tickets or complaints for "No Refill" services.
- Own Risk: Use "No Refill" services at your own risk.
9. Order Issues & Support
- Support Availability: Our support team will try its best to assist with any order issues.
- No Spamming: Do not spam the support team with repeated messages.
- Inappropriate Behavior: Use of inappropriate or abusive language with support staff will result in account suspension.
- No Support for No Refill Services: No support will be provided for "No Refill" services.
10. Wrong Links Orders Policy
- Incorrect Links: No refund will be provided for incorrect links.
- Ask for Help: If you're unsure about which link to use, reach out to our support team for guidance.
11. Refund Policy
- Order Resolution: If an order issue is unresolved within 24 hours, the amount will be automatically refunded to your B2 SMM PANEL account.
- Refund Options:
- Option A: Use the refunded amount to purchase other services.
- Option B: Request a full refund via live chat within 1-24 hours (no deductions).
- Payment Refunds: Payments cannot be sent back to your bank account. Funds can only be used for B2 SMM PANEL services.
- Wrong Link Orders: No refunds will be issued for orders with incorrect links. Contact support if you have any confusion.
- Option A: Use the refunded amount to purchase other services.
- Option B: Request a full refund via live chat within 1-24 hours (no deductions).
12. Privacy Policy

- Guaranteed Services: We will provide full support and resolve any issues related to guaranteed services.
- Non-Guaranteed Services: Use non-guaranteed services at your own risk. No support, no refill, and no refund will be available for non-guaranteed services.
